| Description | GameVersion: Thalion release SlaveVersion: latest one Hello there. (T_T) The Flying level in Lionheart flickers like crazy with the current WHDLoad version. It dosent flicker at all with the Native install; with the same Test Rig. I dosent want to turn of the interlace because the Sky looks way better in the non flying levels. Less color banding. Attached a new slave 2.4. You can have interlace mode on with all levels except the flying level now. |

Hi Psy. I did test it, but the problem is still the same. It flickers like crazy in the Flying stage. (but i did choose to disable the interlace on this stage). Speaking of Interlace. Now i really developed an eye for it and i have to say that Interlace in this game is Hand picked for every stage. So, Stage 1-1 has interlace and those very nice colour grading, but after the fist tunnel.. Stage 1-2 Dosent have it (in the original) So its not that very stage has interlace; they picked which have it and which dont. Thats why stage 1-2 and others flickers so bad with the interlace option of the Whdload version. This would need more work... to see what stage did use it in the original. For now, i turn interlace off; thus loosing some of those sweet colour grading (stage 1-1 is an exelent example) ... hmm, or just play the OG version ;) Anyway, Huge thanks for trying. HOLD IT -- HOLD IT !!!! IT WORKS !!! You see, there is an option calles DEFAULT and it WORKS JUST PERFECTLY !!! So, i see what you did there ; you made a "Force interlace option for every stage" - Why ? I get that there is a option to get rid of the interlace - (some Capture devices can have trouble with that) But why force INterlace on every Stage ? The developers took a careful thought on what stage gets interlace and which dont. So, this makes 2 of the 4 interlace options useless :) Just give peopel the 2 options. 1) Remove Interlace - thus loosing some of those sweet color gradients 2) Default Thats it, now its perfect ;) You did it ... well, you did almost too much :) You are a freaking legend ! PS:Sorry for all those typos ... i need Glasses .. my eyesight is not the best anymore .. and i did not doublecheck for typos.. so ... sorry for that. PPS: Another Thaliol/henk Nieborg game could get some PSyLove. FlingCd32 ... to get rid of those ugly TOP bar :( or get rid of the HUD in that game.. well, i could make another mantis for that , but.. dont get too greedy here;) You need some rest, i guess.
