Summary0005643: Emlyn Hughes International Soccer black screen starting a game!
DescriptionFrom the eab http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=110624

Installed under WinUAE from a CT RAW of an original and IPF #1077 and when you choose GAME > Play Match the teams show and the music fades then the screen goes black and stays like that?

F10 will quit back to Workbench though! Tried NoCache, NoVBRMove, NoMMU, NoAutoVec but nothing works, anyone seen this behaviour?

WinUAE 4.91, OS 3.9, A1200 config with 128mb Fast, 2mb chip, UAE RTG, 68020 with no MMU.

This is also not WHDLoad problem. I have tested the game (I use almost the same hardware configuration like you, only 256 MB fast and WB P96) and works correctly. You have to switch off the JIT, that's the problem, the game doesn't work with JIT (or works as you wrote above...). If you want to test any game, always start with "all cycle exact" and later you can try to change compatibility settings. JIT is pseudo amiga WinUAE mode and has nothing to do with real amiga.

JIT wasn't the issue! Cycle Exact (Full) doesn't get enabled by default for the A1200 Quickstart config, that's the template I used to build my WinUAE config for my A1200 setup, so Cycle Exact (Full) has never been enabled and only Emlyn Hughes so far seems to need it!!
