Summary | 0003437: No music when playing the AGA (not cd) version of Soccer Kid
Description | Hi, when playing the AGA version of Soccer Kid (not the cd32 version) there is no music on title screen and in the game. However, this seems to depend on the Amiga used to run the game. A quick poll in a local user forum has proven this to be true, for some it works, for some it does not.
Steps To Reproduce | Just try it out on a few different machines. I've tried myself on the machine on which it did not run, to disable the cpu, to boot into plain wb3.1 (not os3.9) and some other tweaks, but there just isnt any music. Also using v17 (registered) or 18.2 makes no difference.
Additional Information | Note that this is the AGA version! The one that shows the disk during loading, not the cd.

I am not real 060 board to test it. But using Winuae+060,musics are correctly played with 040&060 but you must use NOCACHE tooltype. (and Cycle_exact option in UAE) With 020-030 Nocache Tooltype not needed. So, I can reproduct it... Have you test with NOCACHE ToolType? |
