Summary0002138: Needs to be unzipped on amiga
Descriptionseems to contain strange characters in filename, so unzipping on PC does not work.
Would be great if this could be patched out.

anybody cares about PC? I guess not :)

I care not.
I'm unsure if to close all issues of this kind. I will not adapt any slaves for that but don't know if anybody else likes to do.

Codetapper fixed some games with exotic Amiga file names for PC/WinUAE. I don't know if he still do it on demand. At least he mentioned it here:

http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=349206&postcount=2

Wanted is a fixed example:

In my opinion there are tons of other tasks where effort is better spend.
Codetapper has not done WHDLoad stuff for two years?

I've read that he has some extra spare time currently, for doing some WHDLoad stuff. Not sure what or if he is working on something.

Fixing older slaves with bugs or improving WHDLoad is much more productive. That's true. ;-)

Useless "bug" report IMHO......it's a PC/WinUAE issue, not a WHDLoad issue. I'm sure Bert and most of the other patchers have precious little time as it is to sort out **legitimate** bugs present in game patches and WHDLoad, let alone conflicts caused by PC/emulation.

after all lha files can be decompressed under WinUAE without any problems. There is no need to decompress archives straight in DOS/Windows.

StingRay (developer)

Closed as patching Amiga stuff for alien file systems is neither needed nor a bug.
