still freeze.
I also changed the disk image (original is from Retroplay package).
is ciaa irq or ciaa tod used ? my A1200 have an issue with ciaa (checked with testkit)but that doesn't change the fact that 99% of whdload installs works.
I just tested the HD version from Aminet : Enigma by Zer0-X (http://aminet.net/demo/aga/oMS-EnHD.lha) and version by SHD/Mystic : both works fine.

CIA TOD is used so the problem is, most probably, on your end.
To check this, run Enigma_NoTOD.slave, I suppose it won't freeze. |

yep, no more freeze...
CIAA TOD and CIAA TOD IRQ -> Fail
but CIAB TOD and CIAB IRQ are OK
sorry for that.
thanks to this bug I discovered a hardware problem (is the same thing for Masterpieces ?) |

Ok, so the problem is related to the broken CIA on your machine. The Masterpieces problem most probably has the same reason as I can't reproduce it on any of my machines and no one else reported such a strange behaviour. |
